Overwatch is still immensely popular, so it's no wonder that Blizzard continues to work on expanding this game. The company now seems to be working on a new project related to the game according to a job offer from Blizzard. The company is looking for a "generalist artist intern" who is preferably experienced with Overwatch.
"An unannounced project at Blizzard is seeking an intern to help create a wide range of assets to help bring our game to life. You will work closely with our concept, environment and character teams to create hard surface and organic props, weapons and possibly characters that are both detail-oriented and consistent with the art style we’ve defined."
In addition to an artistic talent and experience with programs like 3dsmax and Photoshop, the ideal candidate has knowledge of the Overwatch universe. This is the only game featured in the job offer, so Blizzard is likely to search for a new employee for a Overwatch project.
Previous jobs referred to include a "robust first-person engine for an unannounced project". Since Overwatch is the only game with a first-person perspective that Blizzard has developed, it seems likely that this job offer also referred to this game.
However, we probably won't get any information about what the recent job offers are about. However, BlizzCon will take place next month, so maybe we'll get more details then.
