It may not be your favourite in-game item, but it seems like it’s return is more likely bound to happen sooner than you think. It’s notoriety roots back to its use back in Modern Warfare and Warzone, turning the item into a terrible exploit that everyone tried to fend off to the best of their ability.
Thing is, ColdWarLeakz is a 50-50 kinda Twitter persona – with half of their leaks actually coming to fruition and the other half never seeing the light of day. So for this Riot Shield, which is it? I guess we’ll never know until the update comes through!
