Thanks to Twitter user @ModernWarzone, the hype train to new Call of Duty releases have been more hyped than ever. Upon the release of the mid-season update on August 24, several game files were scrutinized that showed possibilities of having Zombie Royale, Armored Cargo/Truck Wards, Pandemic/Outbreak, and Plunder: Fire Sale modes on Warzone out very very soon.
There’s so much to look out for, along with several files for Modern Warfare that relate to Realism Ground War Reinforce and Shipment/Shoot House modes. You can check out the full tweet below:
And before we forget, let’s up this an ante.
Several files that pertain to nightfall solos, duos, trios, and quads have also been found in the Warzone files, showing how very possible it is to have the Nightfall mode grace the online multiplayer franchise. Hopefully all pushes through and Activision doesn’t take a drastic change of mind in light of these leaks. Executives can tend to be a little, well, eccentric.
We hope to see all this in the not-so-distant future, but for now we can all pay attention, problematize and yearn for the actual reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War happening in a while inside the Verdansk map of Warzone. If you don’t have the game, you can also catch a better look into it this Thursday at the Gamescom digital event.
