It’s not like we’re not used to Cyberpunk 2077 failing us in running smoothly, but to power through a 1980 console’s revival is something else entirely. With the VCS running like a mini-pc, modding or rigging the console wasn’t needed nor is it essential. As you can see from YouTuber Kevin Kenson’s video, it can run albeit equally as bad as you would expect it from any other last gen console. Bummer.
With the exhaust fan screaming for life and the frame rate dragging like the corpse on Juan Luna’s Spoliarium, you probably are just disappointed as we are.
