Fortnite LTM Solo Showdown returns to Battle Royale

A well-known Fortnite LTM event returns today to Fortnite Battle Royale. It is a mode that could be found in the game for a short period of time. It’s a competitive experience that’s returned to the game.

Developer Epic Games has announced that the Fortnite LTM event Solo Showdown will return to Fortnite Battle Royale this week. The mode was already available in the game as a temporary event and will be available in the game from today. There are great prizes to be won in Solo Showdown, where the hundred best players earn V-Bucks.

The price distribution for winning the Solo Showdown is per server region and looks like this:

– Place 1 wins 50,000 V-Bucks
– Place 2 to 4 wins 25,000 V-Bucks
– Place 5 to 50 wins 13,500 V-Bucks
– Place 51 to 100 wins 7,500 V-Bucks

In Solo Showdown there will be no changes compared to the last time the event was held in Fortnite. Just like last time you will have to take on other players in Battle Royale with which you can earn points. The players with the most points will be in the top hundred.

Solo Showdown will end at 16.00 on Monday 30 July.

Solo Showdown is not the only Fortnite LTM event

In addition to Solo Showdown, there is still more to be found at Fortnite Battle Royale. There is another LTM that is going on and that is Playground Mode. The special building mode returned to the game last Wednesday and will be available for a temporary period in the game. In addition, it is the first anniversary of Fortnite and that resulted in some special decorations and events, including birthday cake that ensures a special event.
