It’s actually nice to see the developers hear out the fans once in a while just to make the entire experience better for everyone. With the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on November 13, there had been a lot of speculation towards how the game would be much of an improvement from the past COD games. Treyarch’s Tony Flame just confirmed some of it in a tweet that you can see below:
Given technological advancements, Damage Flinch would now be more of a visual that an actual movement, definitely changing the entire meta of the game especially if you we’re more accustomed to the recoil on the previous COD installments.
Some other features that have been separating players in half would be in check and actually be changed, such as the inclusion of skill-based matchmaking that would actually be tweaked to an extent along with the return of map voting, one of the more popular features of the game back then.
There’s so much going on for Call of Duty now, the hype train is definitely up there running in full speed. Are you just as excited as we are? Let us know in the comments section below!
