Amusement park map Blizzard World is live on PTR

[et_pb_section admin_label=”section”] [et_pb_row admin_label=”row”] [et_pb_column type=”4_4″] [et_pb_text admin_label=”Text”] Already unveiled at BlizzCon, but now available to play and test: Blizzard World, the latest Hybrid Map for Overwatch. The amusement park map not only combines the Assault and Escort game modes, but is also a combination of various Blizzard games and highlights.

Who wants to fight in the Hearthstone tavern or make a Play of the Game around the Pylons from StarCraft; it’s all possible in the colorful (and unfortunately not really existing) Blizzard World. The new map will first be tested on the latest version of the Overwatch ‘Public Test Region (PTR), and then transferred to the final version of the shooter as soon as possible.

The new update on the PTR further characterizes little, drastic change for the shooting game. Recently the illustrious Moira was added, as well as a handful of tweaks for Support heroes like Mercy and Ana. Not every innovation could count on unanimous praise, so Blizzard seems to limit itself here to just a few bug fixes on animations and improving PC performance.
