Resident Evil 3

Resident Evil 3 Remake focuses more on action than the second part

Game will be released on consoles and PC in early April.

The recently revealed remake of Resident Evil 3 gets a greater focus on action than Resident Evil 2.

You can read that in the new issue of the Japanese magazine Famitsu. On Twitter, someone who had already received the magazine shared various details of an interview with producers Peter Fabiano and Masachika Kawata.

On Twitter it is reported that the game “contains much more action” than Resident Evil 2. The game basically maintains the original version of Resident Evil 3, but modifies sections “so that people who know the original can also enjoy it” . The game would already be largely finished. Also – just like in the remake of Resident Evil 2 – the camera is placed behind the shoulder of the main character.

Resident Evil 3 will be released on April 3 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game also includes Project Resistance, an asymmetrical multiplayer game where four players take on the role of different characters and have to survive against the Mastermind. This fifth player places various traps. The Mastermind can also control zombies and even a Tyrant.
