Xbox 360 Remaster of N64 007 Goldeneye LEAKED

Nintendo 64’s 007 Goldeneye was one of the more undeniable industry gems that never seemed to have got the recognition it deserved. The FPS is a smash hit across the board, especially with the top-down, split-screen multiplayer mode it offers. For the longest time, there had been reports of the game to be ported and remastered for the Xbox 360, but the project never saw the light of day – until now.

An XBLA full game footage just came out by the end of January 2021, with the Xbox 360 emulator showcasing the full nostalgia of 007 Goldeneye with the same sounds, gameplay, and music but with a spankingly updated set of visuals that are just magnificent.

The only problem with the remaster is the acquisition on intellectual property rights, as it’s currently jointly owned by Danjaq LLC and Metro Goldwyn Mayer. Despite the game being fully playable, releases have been canned as to avoid any lawsuits. Remaster devs Rare Limited only had this cheeky as fuck splash screen to make up for everything:
